We just finally got back on track with episode 8, Desperate Souls that just aired last Sunday evening. In this episode, we learned Rumpelstiltskin’s (Robert Carlyle) past, and how he molded into the dramatic character on the hit television series. Coming up on January 15, we have talked about Hansel and Gretel’s appearance on episode 9, True North. Then on January 22, episode 10, 7:15am (the name of the episode not at that time) will air. This episode will offer more insight on Snow White and Prince Charming’s relationship as the wedding approaches with King Midas’ daughter.
ABC just released more information on episode 11, which will air on January 29. This episode is titled “Fruit of the Poisonous Tree.”
In Storybrooke, we learn that Sidney (Giancarlo Esposito) is starting to lose any friendly feelings for Regina. He wants payback, which includes exposing Regina as a corrupt city official. In order to do so, Sidney visits Emma asking for help. He wants to uncover some secret evidence to show the residences of Storybrooke.
Oh wait, the drama does not stop there!
David and Mary Margaret will reunite and continue their secret rendezvous. At this time, they are trying to figure out a way to set free their unrequited love for each other. What will Kathryn do when she finds out?!
Fairy Tale Land
In Fairy Tale land, we will learn more about King Leopold (Richard Schiff), who was the Evil Queen’s husband and Snow White’s father. The King comes across a magic lamp (maybe introduction to Aladdin?). As the King rubs the lamp, a Genie appears and offers three wishes. The old adage may come about with the “be careful what you wish for.”
So what is the possibility of that lamp showing up in Mr. Gold’s pawnshop? I bet a big chance! What do you think?
This has the prowess of being an exceptional episode. We all know that being granted wishes is never a good thing!!! As for the lamp being in Mr. Gold’s shop, you can be sure that it is lurking in the shadows somewhere. There is a chance we have already seen it but just didn’t notice it. Or not…..
It’s already shown up in the pawn shop in an earlier episode. I think it was Price of Gold. At least, there was a lamp that looked like a magic lamp.
Oh really? I am going to watch the episode again, and see if I can catch it!
