Fairy Tale Land

The giants sit around their table. They make fun of their smallest brother calling him ‘Tiny.’ They propose a toast. Tiny/Anton drops a miniature harp on the table. His brothers tell him that he is too fascinated with humans. They believe humans to be violent. He sees humans as fascinating and does not believe that they are all bad. Carlos warns Anton that humans must never know that they still grow magic beans as he believes that they will use them to invade and conquer lands. Anton questions why they bother growing the beans if no one will ever use them. Carlos tells him that this is just what giants do and there does not have to be a purpose. Abraham taunts Anton and breaks the harp. An upset Anton exits the room and decides to go down the beanstalk.

Prince James has a female visitor who is dressed in white lingerie. Their romantic interlude is interrupted by James’s father King George. The king tells them there is no time for this as there is a giant lurking about.

Anton peers into a tavern and looks on at the humans. James and his female companion find him. They are friendly so he introduces himself. He tells them that he is fascinated with humans. The woman hands something to Anton. She explains that it comes from the land of the Jabberwocky and when eaten can alter size. She introduces herself as Jack. He thanks her.

Anton is now human size and enters the tavern with James and Jack. He confides in the two that his brothers are cruel and often tease him for his small size compared to other giants. They comfort him as he is delighted to see humans playing a harp. James gets up argues with a barkeep and Jack tells Anton that the kingdom is in financial trouble. She tells him that neighboring kingdoms are threatening to burn them. She implies that magic beans may help and he tells her that he may be able to get them treasure.

Anton returns home and goes to gather up jewels and treasures. He is interrupted by Carlos. Carlos tells him that his brothers all love him and that humans are not to be trusted. Carlos is alarmed when he realizes that Anton may have led humans to the beanstalk.

James and Jack have traveled up the beanstalk and confront the giants. Anton quickly finds out that they have lied to him as Jack admits they are not his friends. They have come for the beans and are ready to fight.

James and Jack use poisoned swords to defeat the giants. Carlos tells Anton they are the last two of the giants and that the beans must be hidden from the humans. Jack interrupts them as she stabs Carlos with a poisoned sword. Carlos picks up Jack who screams for help from James. Carlos uses the same sword to stab her. He drops Jack on the ground. James carries a bag of treasure and a poisoned Jack is stunned he is set to leave without her. He coldly tells her he has a kingdom to run. James leaves Jack to die as Carlos gives a small vile to his brother. He tells Anton that this is a piece of the beanstalk and one day he will find the right place to plant it. Carlos dies.

Storybrooke

Mr. Gold/Rumpelstiltskin arrives to pick up Emma. Emma informs him that with Cora in town Henry will be joining them. At first Gold wants no part of this but then agrees. David tells him to keep his family safe. The three drive away and pass through the border. Gold keeps his memory.

David is getting used to carrying a gun. He tells Mary it is different than carrying a sword. There is a knock on the door and it is me. I play dumb and tell them I did not kill Archie. They tell me they know and that they have not been able to reach me. I tell them I came to see Henry. I am then informed that Emma took Henry on her little voyage with Gold. I am annoyed but there is nothing I can do at this point.

Hook limps alongside Mary, David and Leroy. He cannot resist making inappropriate remarks to Mary which annoys David. They want to know where the concealed ship is so that they may find clues about Cora. He leads them to the concealed boat. Leroy asks if the ship can take them home. Hook explains that the ship must go through a portal. Hook uncovers a cage with a person inside. It is a human size Anton.

David wants to know what the meaning of this is as Hook explains it is a shrunken giant. Mary wakes Anton who introduces himself. Tiny/Anton is upset over his size and tells them a witch cursed him. Once he sees David he becomes enraged and attacks him. Mary points a bow at him to make him stop.

Anton yells at David that he will pay for what he did and runs off.

At the hospital Belle watches TV. Ruby comes to see her and brings a basket. She introduces herself as a friend that Belle does not remember. She has also brought her the book ‘The Mysterious Island.’ Belle tells Ruby that she saw a man create a ball of fire after healing her wound. Ruby tries to convince her that the drugs are making her think this. The angers Belle who begins screaming and insisting she knows what she saw. A nurse comes out and sedates Belle. Belle is taken back to her room. Greg Mendel has seen part of the scene and Ruby pleasantly tells him she hopes he gets better so he can go home soon.

David and Mary try to figure out why the giant is so angry with him. A thought comes to him. He realizes that something must have happened between Anton and James his twin brother.

At the airport Gold is visibly nervous. Henry asks him many questions and Emma tells Henry to stop. Gold is alarmed when he is asked to remove his shawl before going through the body scanner. Emma pretends Gold is her nervous father and whispers to him that she won’t let anything bad happen. They go through.

Hook is picking things up off the ground. I surprise him. I tell him that my mother Cora wants to know if he removed her belongings off the ship. He tells me that they have seen the ship and already know she is here. He then updates me that the giant is loose and wants to kill David. This pleases me as this could work as a distraction.

I find Anton. I assure him I am here to help him. I tell him I know he wants to kill someone and I have something for him. I offer him a piece of magic mushroom. I tell him it will get him back to his original size so he may complete his mission.

Gold paces at the airport. Emma and Henry look relaxed but she can see Gold is not. Gold tells them that he will be right back. He flies into the bathroom and enters a stall. Inside the stall he begins pounding the metal seat cover holder on the wall. Once he stops he looks at his bloody knuckles. Gold tries to use magic to heal his wounds but nothing happens. He hears Henry call for him that their plane is about to board.

Anton is destroying the street. David pleads with him to listen. He tells Anton that he had a twin brother and he believes that is who Anton is angry with. He tells Anton James is dead. Mary steps in and tells him that they are Emma’s parents and she knows he trusts Emma. Anton agrees he will talk to Emma and is angered when Mary explains that she too in unavailable. They run away from Anton and David finally stops. He tells Mary that he wants to sacrifice himself to save everyone else. He calls out to Anton and offers himself as a deal. Anton accepts but as he is about to stomp on him, Mary pulls David out of the giant’s way. Anton disappears in a cloud of smoke. They are confused and peer over a hole in the ground. Anton has returned to human size and is hanging onto a pipe.

The town bands together to save Anton. David is lowered into a pit and instructs Anton to grab his hand. At first he refuses telling David it may be better if he just dies. David insists he take his hand. Anton finally does and is surprised everyone helped save him.

They head to the Diner. Anton is reluctant to feel chummy with anyone. Leroy tells him he will fit in as they are all displaced from their real homes. Anton pulls out the vile and shows them he has a piece of the beanstalk. He suggests that maybe they can plant it and everyone will get home. The people are happy except for Mary.

The dwarfs take Leroy to some land. They give him an ax and a new name. He tells them that he wants to be called Tiny as that is what his brothers called him. David asks why he too did not get an ax and Leroy tells him because he is not a dwarf. Tiny joins the other dwarfs as they sing and break the ground.

Greg goes to Belle’s hospital room. He tells her that he is the one who was driving the car in the accident. He tells Belle that he overheard her conversation. She asks if also thinks she is crazy. He tells her he does not as he saw the ball of fire too.

David and Mary walk after leaving the Diner. He tells Mary that he wonders what he would have ended up like had he been the one raised by King George. She tells him he has a different heart than his brother. She then tells him she enjoyed the adventure they had during the day as it was like old times. He tells her if they can use the beanstalk to go home it can be that way again. Mary admits that she does not want to leave because of Emma and Henry.

Gold is terrified on the plane. Emma and Henry appear more relaxed. Emma notices Gold’s bandaged hand. She reassures him telling him things will work out and he will find Bae.

Rena Sofer to play Queen Eva

Written By: Snow White - Jan• 20•13

Rena Sofer - Queen Eva

It was just announced that Rena Sofer has been casted to play Queen Eva. Queen Eva is Snow White’s biological mother. We will see Sofer appear in episodes when Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) has flashbacks of her past. There is no word on what episode she will be featured in yet.

Sofer will be appearing along with young Snow White (Bailee Madison). According to TVGuide.com, we will see her in at least one episode sometime around March 2013. However, we do know that Queen Eva will have an unexpected connection with someone we already have seen. As we all know, Queen Eva’s future is short.

We know this because Snow White’s father, King Leopold (Richard Schiff), marries Regina (Lana Parrilla) and that is when Snow White comes to live in their kingdom. The only thing we can predict is that the journey should be very interesting.

Hey everyone!  It is I, Regina, or some call me the Evil Queen.  I am here to tell you what happened during In the Name of the Brother.

Storybrooke

It all started with Belle injured on the ground after Hook shot her.  Her memory is gone and Mr. Gold is trying to care of her.  He attempts to use magic but she does not want it.

Belle cannot remember anything because she crossed the Storybrooke line when Hook shot her.  Emma, Charming, and others show up to the scene.  Emma speaks briefly with Hook.  Hook says Rumple took his wife away and this payback.  Hook is on the ground because out of nowhere a car came and hit him.  As Emma is talking with Hook, Mr. Gold comes over.  He uses his cane to try to choke him.  However, Emma stops him.

As this was going, the man who drove into Storybrooke and crashed his car was still there.  They check to see if the man is still alive.  He is and they rush him to the hospital.  We then see Dr. Whale sitting in his office at the hospital.  The loud speaker is calling him to ER, but he stays there ignoring the call.

We now are back in Storybooke at the hospital.  We see Emma, Snow, Charming, Ruby, Leroy and Mr. Gold.  Mr. Gold is nervous and upset about Belle’s condition.  Dr. Whale tells him to relax and that everything is going to be okay.

Rumple heads over to Belle’s hospital room.  He gently kisses her and wakes her up.  She begins to yell and panic.  He apologizes to her and hurries out of the room.

Next, Emma heads over to Hook’s hospital room.  She is sitting on his bed as he wakes up.  Emma tells him how he cracked a few ribs.  She also keeps asking him where my mother, Cora, is.  Hook tells him that he does not know.

Emma reminds Hook about how Rumple has more power in that town and he needs to back down.  She leaves the room to join Snow, Charming, Ruby, and Leroy.  They have the stranger’s phone.  They do break into his phone and he seems to be a normal person.

As they are talking, they realize that since the spell has been broken, anyone can just drive right in.  They all become nervous that this stranger could have seen Mr. Gold using magic.  If he did, they fear that Storybrooke will be the next place tour buses and tourists will be coming.

They then talk about trying to find me.  However, I am hidden underground.  Dr. Whale shows up and interrupts their chat.  He tells them how this stranger is bleeding in his chest cavity and is possibly going to die.

Dr. Whale privately asks Mr. Gold to fix the injured stranger.  Mr. Gold denies him and argues that he does not care and just leaves.  Dr. Whale turns back to the group and tells them it could be easy to let this person die.  They debate on if they should let this person die.

Charming steps in and says this person deserves to live.  Dr. Whale agrees and heads to prep for surgery.  As Dr. Whale leaves, Snow tells everyone that Dr. Whale is drunk.

We then head to Mr. Gold’s pawnshop.  Mr. Gold is sitting there holding the chipped teacup that Belle had once broken.  He then hears a noise and goes to check out the window.  As he turns around, my mother, Cora appears.

She asks Mr. Gold for a peace offering.  She will help Mr. Gold find his son if he can help get her to me.  As Mr. Gold turns away, he notices a box.  He opens the box to find a white orb.  This orb is what can help locate Bae.

He then asks Cora if she knows a spell that can bring memories back.  Unfortunately for him, Cora does not.  She tells Mr. Gold that she only knows what he taught her and calls him Master.  They agree on the peace offering and kiss.

We head back to the hospital, where we see Charming and Dr. Whale talking.  Dr. Whale is holding a watch as he assures Charming that he is not drunk.  Dr. Whale steps away and Charming heads back to the group.

They have the stranger’s cell phone and notice “Her” keeps calling.  As they are talking about this, a hospital orderly shows up.  He asks if anyone has seen Dr. Whale.  They have not, so they try to page him.

In the laundry, Dr. Whale’s pager goes off.  They all realize that the doctor skipped out.  Red takes his laundry and uses her wolf-scent to track him down.  Charming reveals to everyone that Dr. Whale can bring people back to life.  He tells them the story about my beloved Daniel.

We then see Dr. Whale running through Storybrooke.

The next thing I realize is my mother, Cora, is in my home!  She is going through my things.  She finds a picture of Henry and me.  She comes across a ceramic handprint that Henry once made me.

I then realize Henry found me in my underground hiding place.  He looks at the mirror as I watched him from behind it.  I cannot keep quiet anymore and I let him in.  I hug him so hard and I just don’t want to let go.

A cloud of smoke appears, and it was really my mother.  Oh, great.  My mother and I begin talking for the first time in over 28 years.  My mother says it is okay that I tried to have her killed.  She still loves me and she did not show me the correct way.  He apologizes for everything she did to me.

She tells me that when I cried over her coffin, that changed everything.  I quickly take charge of the conversation.  I demand she comes to town with me, regardless it was in the middle of the night, to tell everyone I did not kill Archie.

She agrees and we get in my car.

Meanwhile back to Dr. Whale abandoning someone on his operating table..

Ruby finds Dr. Whale by the water.  He is standing there holding the watch.  He throws the watch into the water and then jumps off the ledge.  With Ruby’s quick wolf-like reflexes, she catches him before it is too late.

Dr. Whale and Ruby sit down and have a talk.  He says that Mr. Gold says magic always comes with a price, but he feels that science is the same way.  Every time he tries to save a life, someone else dies.  Ruby says that he is not a monster.  In fact, she ate her own boyfriend.

They talk about how what I did by erasing everyone’s memories for so long was almost like a blessing.  However, they have a chance to start over.  This is his chance to make amends.  She tells him how a woman keeps calling this injured person’s cell phone.  It could be someone who cares about him and Dr. Whale could be there to save that life.

Back to my ride with my mother back to town, she tells me that she finds my carriage (my car) strange.  She then pulls out that ceramic piece Henry had made.  We argue about her going into my home.  She begins to tell me that Henry is not really mine and this is just infuriating me.

I stop the car in front of the Rabbit Hole, and tell I want my son back.  She tells me that all she wants is her daughter back and asks for forgiveness again.  I begin to cry in my mother’s arms.  In a whimpering state, I ask her how we can get Henry back.  She tells me that she has a few thoughts.

Now, Dr. Whale finally gets back to the hospital and says he is going to, “do this thing.”  He nods at Ruby and heads to the operating room.  The next thing we know, Ruby tells everyone Dr. Whale just saved the stranger.

Dr. Whale confirms this and tells him the man is ready for anyone who wants to speak with him.  Emma convinces the group to let her, the sheriff, speak with the man.

In the mean time, Mr. Gold heads back to Belle’s hospital room with the chipped cup.  He asks her to just look at it and concentrate.  She remembers nothing and gets frustrated.  She threw the cup and it shattered against the wall.  She yells at Mr. Gold to leave.

He slowly walks past the broken cup on the floor and leaves the room completely heartbroken.

As for the injured stranger, Emma finally makes her way to his hospital room.  She helps him with getting his cup of water and tries to clear up the night for him.  He realizes that he hit a man and asks if that person was okay.  She assures him the man is fine.

Emma then asks him to recall what happened that night.  He says that he was texting and driving and the next thing he knew he hit someone.  She tells him that they are going to let him walk with a warning and when the doctor clears him, he can leave.

Emma heads back to the group to let them know the story of how the stranger saw nothing.  Everyone is relieved.

The only person who is not doing well is Mr. Gold.  He leaves the hospital and heads back to his pawnshop.  He activates the magic orb that Cora gave him.  He pricks his finger and a map appears.  It shows him where his son is.

Everything begins to settle down and Emma, Snow, Charming head back to their apartment.  Henry is off school and they are going to enjoy a snack together.  He asked about what is happening and learns that Dr. Whale’s alter ego is Victor Frankenstein.

Henry goes to grab his storybook, and realizes that Frankenstein is not a fairytale.  If Dr. Whale is not a fairy tale, there can be other stories out there.  Who knows what other people too?  Everything is interrupted by a knock on the door.

It is Mr. Gold to tell Emma he is there to cash in his favor.  He wants her to travel with him to find his son.  Of course, he throws a threat out there too.  He tells Snow and Charming that if anything happens to Belle, while he is gone, he will kill everyone…

Back at the hospital, the stranger hears his cell phone ringing.  He goes to answer and calls the person honey.  He tells her that she won’t believe what he saw..

Frankenstein World.

It is a holiday and Victor is there with his father and brother.  The trio has a toast as the father gives Gerhardt and Victor a gift.  Gerhardt receives a pocket watch and Victor gets a commission certificate.

The certificate is to send him away to practice medicine at the Mobile 34th.  Victor does not want this; he wants to continue working in his lab.  Victor and his father argue about Victor’s future.  The father wins the argument and Victor is upset.

Victor is in his lab packing up everything.  Gerhardt shows up and gives the pocket watch to Victor.  The brother then leaves and of course, Rumple shows up.  He introduces himself and tells Victor that he is interested in his work.

Rumple asks to make a deal.  He offers a large amount of money if Victor can bring the dead back to life.  Rumple wants to learn and he is willing to pay even more money.  Rumple then disappears, and Igor comes down the stairs.

Victor tells Igor that they are not leaving and to unpack everything.  He also tells him that they need a body.  Next, they head to a graveyard where Victor is digging a grave.  Gerhardt shows up and tries to reason with Victor about him digging a grave.

Security shows up at the gate and shoots at the brothers.  They hurry and jump into the carriage to get away.  Victor begins to argue with Gerhardt about showing up, but to his surprise, Gerhardt was shot and dies.

Gerhardt is dead and laying on Victor’s table in the lab.  Victor is trying to bring him back to life with the assistance of Igor.  The father comes down the stairs and sees his son dead.  He blames Victor for this and tells him that he no longer has any children.

The father leaves and Victor places Gerhardt in tub of water.  Rumple then appears and asked how everything worked out. Victor explains to him that there is an issue with his brother’s heart.  Rumple tells him he knows a woman who has hearts and he can introduce them.  That woman is I.

Victor goes and meets me and gets a heart.  Back to the lab, Victor begins to work.  He brought his brother back to life.  He says, “It’s now magic, it’s science.” He then hurries to show his father that Gerhardt is alive.  Then father is holding a candle that upsets Gerhardt.

The father sees that Gerhardt is not normal and calls him a monster.  He yells at Victor and this upsets Gerhardt even more.  He beats his father to the ground until he is dead.  Gerhardt realizes what he has done and runs out of the house.

Gerhardt is now in a holding cell.  Victor comes in and talks with him.  Gerhardt begins to attack him but stops when he realizes that is his brother.  Victor pulls out a gun to end the life of his brother.  He cannot bring himself to pull the trigger.  Gerhardt turns to him, as Victor is still holding the gun, and points it at his own forehead.

Victor says no and that their father was wrong.  He will find a way and locks his brother in this cell and leaves.

Episode 11: The Outsider

Written By: Evil Queen - Jan• 14•13

Episode 11 - The Outsider
Fairy Tale Land

In the tavern a group of men discuss tracking and killing a beast. Belle listens in and laughs. She is joined by Grumpy. He is happy to tell her that he has plans to run away with Nova. He then tells Belle that she needs some adventure. He encourages her to follow the men to the wagon to hunt the beast. Belle finally agrees but before she goes he gives her a pouch of fairy dust.

The wagon sets out to find the beast. Belle is the only woman and she is busy reading a book. One of the men taunts her that the book will be of no help in killing it. He snatches the book and says it is nothing but a bunch of squiggles. Belle tells him that the book is in another language and has information on how to find the beast. She tells him it should be by the lake. With this information the man laughs as he tosses Belle from the wagon and throws her book at her. Belle brushes herself off and smiles.

Belle gave the men false information. On her own she goes to the lair of the beast. Out comes a creature that looks like a wolf on fire. It almost catches Belle but she is saved by Mulan. The beast disappears and Mulan tells Belle she ruined her hunt. Belle offers her help but Mulan is not interested.

The men find Belle and punish her by repeatedly dunking her head in a well. She denies purposely misleading them. Mulan shows up to save her. Mulan fights off the men who quickly leave. She tells Belle she would like her help as she has realized that Belle is good at tracking.

During the journey Mulan’s leg is too injured to go on. She tells Belle that she wants her to kill the beast to save Mulan’s village. Belle does not believe herself to be capable but she is encouraged by Mulan. Mulan tells her that she has good instincts.

Belle finds the beast and encourages it to chase after her. She leads the beast to a trap where she douses it with water. The injured looking beast is on the ground and with its paw writes a word. Belle is able to understand that the creature is seeking her help. She remembers the fairy dust that Grumpy had given to her and sprinkles it on him. The beast transforms into a man. The man thanks her for breaking his curse. He explains that he has been trying to get to Princess Aurora and wake her from a sleeping spell. Malificent cursed him. He tells her that he is in her debt. Belle tells him she would like some help for her injured friend.

Belle introduces the man who is Prince Philip to Mulan. She explains that he was the beast and it was a curse that has been broken. She leaves the two explaining that she has a beast of her own to face. Belle looks out to the village. She smiles as she says aloud that she is going to Rumpelstiltskin. Her smile quickly fades as she realizes I am there with her. I have Belle captured thanks to the help of the men who are angry with her. Inside the wagon she screams out to me that I cannot stop her from being with him and she will always fight for him.

Storybrooke

Mr. Gold drives to the Storybrooke border. He has taken William Smee as his hostage. William is afraid to cross the border and lose his memory. Gold asks him about his red hat that he always wears. William tells him it is something his grandmother made for him. Gold pushes William over the border. William does not lose his memory. Gold is satisfied and lets him leave.

Storybrooke residents gather for the funeral of Archie Hopper. Mary gives a speech and the others listen. Marco goes to the coffin and tells what he thinks is his old friend that he will miss him.

Meanwhile on Hook’s ship the real Archie Hopper is being interrogated. Hook wants to know if Gold/Rumpel has told him where the dagger is. Archie is genuinely surprised and has no idea. Hook then tries to find another avenue and threatens Archie for information on a weakness of Gold.

Belle goes to see Gold at his shop. He tells her that he has created a potion that can make an item of choice into a talisman that makes it possible to cross the border without losing memory. He opens his safe and shows her Bae’s shawl. She wants to come with him but he sadly tells her that he only has enough potion for one object. This is his journey he must go on alone. She understands and embraces him.

Belle heads to work at the library. Hook is waiting for her. After a moment she recognizes him as the pirate who once visited her in prison looking for information on Rumpelstiltskin. She runs from him and manages to escape to another area in the library. Hook relentlessly tries to get in and she calls Gold. The phone signal is bad and he can’t make out what she is saying.

The door finally opens and Belle is relieved to see it is Gold.

Emma brings a depressed Henry a pop tart. He does not want to eat. Other Storybrooke residents are at the apartment after the funeral. Grumpy asks when they can return home to the Enchanted Forest. They are concerned an outsider will eventually come to Storybrooke and figure out things are different. Ruby agrees with Grumpy.

Belle tells Gold that the incident with Hook should be reported to the sheriff. He does not want her to do that. She cannot understand why Hook went after her and presses Gold for information. Finally Gold breaks down and tells her how Hook stole his wife which led to him cutting off Hook’s hand. He tells her that Milah is dead but makes it sound like it just happened. They return to the shop and find the place in shambles. Gold realizes that the shawl has been taken. They are being watched by Hook as William delivers the shawl.

Belle wants to help Gold. He tells her absolutely not. He tells Belle she must stay out of this and gives her a revolver for her own safety. She firmly asks Gold if all he wants is the shawl. He does not answer.

Belle pulls out a nautical book. With a little reading the clever woman figures out that Hook came here by ship.
William sneaks up on Gold who is aware he is there. Gold uses magic to pin him to the wall by his throat. After finding out what he needs he turns William into a rat.

Belle explores the dock. She cannot understand where Hook’s ship could be. She hears it but does not see it. Birds come and she watches them carefully as they appear to land on something midair. Belle grabs a handful of dirt and tosses it. She can now make out stairs. Belle decides to go on the ship alone. Once on the ship she hears someone call for help. She is shocked to find Archie Hopper alive. She releases him and tells him to leave. Archie is shocked she is not coming with him. She tells him to find Gold and tell him where she is.

Mary and David see Henry using the phone. Mary picks it up to see who he is calling. She hears Archie’s voicemail. David goes to Henry and tells him everything will be okay. Just then Emma comes in with Pongo. She tells Henry he will keep him and care for him. As she sends him outside she tells Mary and David that she knows the apartment is small for all of them but they will make it work. Mary surprises everyone when she suggests that she and David start looking for their own place.

Belle comes across a box on the ship. Once open she sees coins. Hook is behind her taunting her with the shawl. He gets his hands on her revolver and points it at her head. He tells her she should have stuck to books. Belle refuses to leave without the shawl. She insists that this feud between him and Rumpel must end and Rumpel needs that shawl to find his son. Hook suggests that Bae may not want to be found. They begin talking about Milah.

Hook explains that she came to him and that Rumpel killed her. At first Belle refuses to believe this but Hook goes into detail about how he ripped out her heart and crushed it to dust. Hook wants to know how she can defend such a man. Belle tells him that she sees good in Gold/Rumpel. With that she takes Hook by surprise and knocks him in the head. He is down and she runs off.

Hook finds Belle on the deck. Gold arrives and begins beating Hook with his walking stick. Belle shrieks that Gold must control himself as this is what Hook wants. Hook goads him and he continues beating him with the stick. Finally Gold listens to Belle. He stops hitting Hook and tells him to take his ship and leave.

Mary shows David pictures of houses she likes. He is not sharing her enthusiasm. He tells her that he does not want to die in Storybrooke. David agrees with the others that it is time to go home. Mary reminds him that Cora is running that land that was once home. He suggests that she can be defeated. Mary wonders if they still want the same things.

Henry draws pictures. He explains to Emma they are designs for Mary and David’s new house. He has even designed a room for weapons in case I try to take him. Henry is afraid of me. Just then there is a knock at the door. Pongo is excited. Emma opens the door and is stunned to see Archie standing there. He quickly explains that Cora was behind all of this. Henry is happy that I am innocent and wants me to know.

Gold and Belle drive to the border. In the car he tells Belle he can’t believe how she sticks by him. Once outside of the car they walk to the border. She places the shawl around his neck. He crosses over and still has his memory. Belle tells him that she will wait for him. Just then Hook fires a shot. The bullet hits Belle who topples over the border.

An injured Belle is confused and does know who Gold is. Hook is satisfied that if she lives she won’t remember Gold/Rumpel. Gold creates a ball of fire in his hand to toss at Hook. Suddenly a car comes through. Gold is able to grab Belle and keep them out of the way. The car hits Hook and spins into a tree.

Fairy Tale Land

I sit upon my horse and watch the kingdom on fire. I am waiting to find out if King George defeated Snow White and Prince Charming. Knights approach me on horseback. They give me disturbing news that King George has been defeated.

I ask where Snow White is. I am told that she is alone and heading back to her prince. I find Snow White in the forest. She tells me that it is over and I must surrender.

I tell her all I want is her death. I do not realize that I have been led to a trap. The Blue Fairy uses magic to restrain me.
Snow White, Prince Charming, as well as other residents including Granny and Red are seated at the Round Table to discuss my fate.

Jiminy Cricket gives testimony that he believes I can never change. Charming finally stands up and announces that he believes I must be executed. Everyone leaves and only he and Snow remain. Snow is not convinced that this is the best option.

I am being held prisoner. My father comes to visit me. It brings tears to my eyes for my father to see me like this as he apologizes for failing me. I tell him I love him more than anyone and he is the only one who ever stuck by my side.

My father pleads with me to express regret so that they show me mercy. It is the day of my execution. I am brought before the kingdom and secured to a post. In what would be these final moments Jiminy Cricket comes to me.

He tells me this is my chance for last words. It is a chance to show remorse. I speak to the people. At first I speak softly and admit I do have regrets.

My softness turns to fire as I begin to tell everyone that I regret not causing more harm and not killing Snow White. Charming has had enough and gives the word to execute me. I am blindfolded as the archers release arrows to kill me. I hear Snow scream, “Stop!” which causes the Blue Fairy to freeze the arrows.

I am brought back to prison. Snow argues with Charming. She insists that I can change. She tells him that she still remembers me as good.

He reminds her of my speech and she tells him she believes it was a desperate attempt to look strong.
Snow is alone and has a tear in her eye. Rumpelstiltskin comes to her with an offer. He tells Snow that there is a test that can be done to see if I really can change.

Later Snow comes to see me at my cell. She releases the guard who argues that Charming told him not to abandon his post. She insists. I ask what she wants and she tells me that she remembers me as a good person who saved her life once.

I am intrigued as she opens my cell and tells me she will let me leave and start over. Once out of my cell I grab her by the neck. Snow gasps for air and pulls out a dagger. I quickly remove it and am anxious to finally kill her.

I stab Snow White who does not bleed. Suddenly Charming and others surround me. I learn that there is a protection spell so I cannot harm Snow or Charming. Snow tells me that this was a test and I failed.

They banish me from the kingdom.

Rumpel arrives at my castle. He tells me that today is Snow White and Charming’s wedding day. I want to know why he has come to tell me this. Rumpel loves to play both sides and informs me that the protection spell is only good in this land.

This news excited me and I decide to make a surprise appearance at the wedding.

Storybrooke

Hook docks his boat. He looks to Cora and tells her this is where they part ways so he can deal with his ‘Crocodile.’ Cora stops him. She tells him that she won’t let him go on his own for his own protection.

The two are interrupted by the dock supervisor who admires Hook’s ship. Cora conceals the ship and turns the man into a fish out of water.
Mary and David snuggle in bed. They are interrupted by Henry and Emma.

Little Henry asks why they have been in bed all day and Emma distracts him with the idea to make tacos. She too is embarrassed and tells them to lock the door next time. There is a celebration at the Diner. David proposes a toast to Mary and Emma.

I enter the Diner and everyone is quiet. Leroy and the others are annoyed to see me. Emma tells David and Mary that she is the one who invited me. She believes I am trying to change for Henry.

I offer a slice of homemade lasagna to Leroy who snidely asks if I poisoned it. I hold my own and tell him its pepper. He takes the lasagna from me. I end up sitting alone as everyone else is talking.

Finally I grab my coat and decide to leave. Emma follows me outside and asks me to stay. I decline. I thank her for inviting me and tell her I would love for Henry to spend the night at my house.

Emma tells me it is not a good idea. I am frustrated and snap at her. I then apologize. Emma softens up and tells me that she spoke to Archie who told her about our sessions so she knows I really am trying. I leave.

Cora and Hook watch me walk off. Hook asks her if I am broken yet. Although there is a tear in my mother’s eye she tells him no. She is determined to break me.

Archie and his dog Pongo the Dalmatian are strolling along the beach. I see him and express my annoyance that he told Emma I am in therapy. He tells me that he only did it in my defense. Ruby sees us and interrupts to see if everything is okay.

I snap at her that this is a private matter. Archie promises me that he can be trusted. Later that night Ruby sees what she believes is me going to see Archie. It is actually my mother.

Cora has shifted herself into me. She goes to Archie’s apartment. Pongo begins to bark. Cora uses magic to restrain the dog as she then takes Archie’s breath away.

Emma has lunch with Henry at the Diner. He asks her about life in the other land. She tells him he needs to go back to school and she will walk him. He insists it is not necessary.

Outside Pongo approaches them barking. Ruby comes out and can sense that the dog is distressed. Emma tells Henry he can go on his own so that she and Ruby can find Archie.

They go to Archie’s and find his lifeless body on the floor. I am at the Sheriff’s office. I don’t know why I am here and I ask. I am shocked and saddened when Emma and David tell me that Archie was found dead.

I realize I am being accused when they tell me that Ruby witnessed me go to his apartment. Seeing that it was actually Cora and not myself I am genuinely surprised and don’t understand why Ruby would lie about such a thing. Mary watches from the other side of the glass.

Emma tells David and Mary that she believes my reaction. They tell her not to fall for it as she does not know me like they do. Emma defends me and tells them that she recognizes someone who wants to change and the old me would have used magic out of rage. The three of them go to Archie’s.

My patient file is missing. To David and Mary this is evidence. Emma is suspicious of how easy the evidence is and believes that I am being framed. They head to Gold’s pawn shop where he is with Belle.

They question him and he denies any involvement. Mr. Gold tells them that they can get the answers from Pongo by painlessly extracting his memories. He says that he will have Emma do it with her magic. Gold brings out a dream catcher.

As he moves it over Pongo’s body it lights up. He gives it to Emma and tells her to focus. Finally Emma is able to play the memory like a recording on the dream catcher. The group sees what they believe is me entering Archie’s apartment and killing him.

Emma is disappointed. She is ready to arrest me. David and Mary stop her. They tell her she needs a plan.

The three come to my house. Emma tells me she saw me do it. I tell her it’s not possible. As soon as she brings up Mr. Gold I tell her it’s not right but she insists she saw it with her own eyes with her own magic.

Emma and I begin screaming at each other over Henry. Mother Superior/The Blue Fairy has been hiding and tries to restrain me with magic but this time I catch it before she can. I make myself disappear. Emma is panicked about having to tell Henry what happened with Archie and how she thinks I killed him.

David and Mary remind her that they are a family and they will be there for her. Emma waits for Henry. As he sees her he tells her again that he can walk himself home. She tells him that she needs to talk to him.

I watch from a car as Emma brings him to a bench. He begins crying and hugging Emma. This makes me cry too. Henry thinks I killed Archie.

Cora tells Hook that she has a present for him on the ship. It is someone who knows Gold/Rumpel very well and will be of assistance to him. On the ship she opens up a door and Archie Hopper is revealed. He is very much alive.

Archie sits there tied up and gagged as Cora reveals that she killed someone and made them look like Archie.
